This bronze sculpture is on the grave of Sonia Kaliensky in the Italian cemetery of St. Michele in Venice. Sonia was an aristocrat Russian girl who killed herself on 6th February 1907 in her room at the Danieli hotel, because of a love disappointment.The sculptor was Enrico Butti (1847-1932)
